If you have a question or need help while using Collectory, reach us by email at collectory.cc@gmail.com. We welcome anything — how to use the service, price data, collection tracking, VIP membership, or payments.
If a card is missing from the list, or its name, set, price, or image is wrong, use the report feature on that card's detail page. You can submit a report right from the card detail screen, and we review and fix incoming reports quickly. You can also email us at collectory.cc@gmail.com.
We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Missing-card and info-error reports are applied in order after review, and turnaround can vary depending on the report. Replies are sent to the email address you contact us from.
