These Terms govern the use of the Pokémon card price-lookup and related services provided by Collectory (the “Company” or “Service”), including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users. The Korean version is the authoritative original; the English and Japanese versions are reference translations. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean original prevails.
Collectory is an information service that collects and organizes prices of Pokémon cards and related products across Korea, Japan, the US, and China, and presents per-card and per-set values and price history for comparison. It also offers features such as collection tracking, community, a marketplace, and notifications. The Company may improve or change the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons.
Some features require signing up (Google login). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and may not transfer or lend it to others. You must not engage in the following:
If you violate these Terms, the Company may restrict your use of the Service, or suspend or terminate your account, after notice (or with notice afterward in urgent cases).
All prices, representative values, and price history shown in the Service are reference estimates derived from data collected from third-party sources such as Korean café auctions and completed buy-now sales, Bunjang, Snkrdunk, eBay, and PriceCharting. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information, and actual transaction prices may vary by timing, condition, and trade terms. Price information is not investment advice or a trading recommendation, and decisions to buy or sell are entirely the user's responsibility. The Company is not liable for losses arising from transactions made in reliance on price information.
You are responsible for the content you post — including posts, comments, messages, reviews, and marketplace listings. You must not post abusive, defamatory, obscene, false, or rights-infringing content. The Company may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or the law without prior notice. You grant the Company a royalty-free right to use and display the content you submit, to the extent necessary to operate and promote the Service.
Some product links in the Service are part of affiliate marketing programs such as Coupang Partners, the Amazon Associates Program, and Naver, and the Company may earn a commission when a purchase is made through them. Affiliate commissions do not affect the price you pay, and the Company strives to present price information objectively regardless of affiliation. Actual transactions, payment, shipping, and refunds follow each seller's policies, and the Company is not a party to those transactions.
Payments for paid services such as VIP membership are processed through the NICEPAY payment gateway. Payment and refunds for paid services follow applicable law and the terms shown at the time of purchase. Core features such as price lookup, search, and comparison are provided free of charge.
The Service is provided “as is,” and the Company does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, errors in third-party source data, or communication or system failures. Except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages arising from inaccuracies in price information, transactions between users, or transactions with externally linked sellers. The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user regarding use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith toward an amicable resolution; if no agreement is reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent court determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. When the Terms change, the Company will post a notice within the Service before the effective date, specifying the effective date and the reason for the change. For changes unfavorable to users, notice will be given a reasonable period in advance, and continued use of the Service after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
